Location

Saanichton, BC

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, modify, and maintain patterns for drysuits, undergarments, and technical apparel 

- Operate and manage digital patterning using Gerber software 

- Collaborate with product development and production teams to refine fit, function, and manufacturability 

- Create markers and optimize material utilization 

- Support prototype development and testing 

- Maintain accurate documentation and version control of patterns 

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Pattern Maker in apparel or technical garment manufacturing 

- Proficiency in Gerber AccuMark (or equivalent CAD patterning software; Gerber preferred) 

- Strong understanding of garment construction, materials, and fit 

- Experience with performance or industrial garments (e.g., outerwear, PPE, wetsuits/drysuits) is an asset 

- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability 

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
